I don’t know about you, but I get bored doing the same old workouts day in and day out. That’s why I like to incorporate unique fitness classes into my routine every now and then to keep things interesting. One of my favorite workouts is my weekly barre class, a low-impact, high-intensity session that targets the abs, thighs, arms and butt and involves (you guessed it) a ballet barre.
